Creating safe, secure, and resilient workplaces is at the core of my work as a Global Workplace Safety & Security Manager.Over the past 8+ years, I’ve led global programs across workplace operations, corporate security, and facilities, supporting employees, strengthening resilience, and maintaining continuity during moments of uncertainty.In my experience, I’ve seen how people respond when life or work changes unexpectedly. These moments don’t just test resilience, they challenge identity, confidence, and direction.What I’ve come to understand is that many people reach a point where they can no longer continue as they were and need to redefine who they are.Alongside my corporate role, I support individuals navigating these transitions - helping them regain clarity, rebuild confidence, and develop the self-trust needed to move forward.
