ABOUT MONICA JACKSON

I bring with me an open-minded approach to all job related tasks, which allows me to learn at an accelerated rate. I have the ability to synthesize research into well-written narrative reports and conduct supply and demand studies. I received my Masters degree in Commercial Real Estate from Georgetown University focusing on project management. I attended Strayer University and obtained my BA degree in business administration with a concentration in finance. I have obtained my brokerage license in Real Estate from the state of Georgia and Alabama. In addition, I have over 15 years experience as an engineering designer using 3D modeling in CATIA. I also have extensive AutoCAD experience in engineering design. I offer professionalism, maturity, dependability, dedication, and enthusiasm. I have been in management overseeing various departments from 20••••11. My duties were developing leaders in various departments within the organization. I possess exceptional leadership and communication skills with creative and innovative approaches to resolve problems. I also have a strong desire to motivate fellow employees in order to lend support to the team and accomplish organizational goals. I am currently a Commercial/ Industrial Appraiser for Fulton County. I have demonstrated a tremendous ability to support and maintain numerous business objectives. I am always seeking new professional challenges and am eager to put my acquired knowledge towards the growth and development. I work diligently to provide excellence in all my professional endeavors and have earned a reputation for my integrity, initiative and results-driven work ethic.
