Monica is a bridge engineer with 10 years of extensive experience in the analysis and design, managing and delivering largescale projects comprising of Transportation structures & other Civil Infrastructure works. She has worked with a multinational design consultant and is experienced in structural analysis and design, project management and team management. Her expertise is primarily in the design and assessment of RCC/PSC concrete bridges and substructures including culverts and underpasses.She is well versed in proof checking of structural designs and drawings conforming to legislation and codes of practices. She is proficient in design of structures as per Euro,AASHTO, British, AREMA, and Indian codes of practices. She is well versed with the design practices in the Middle East, UK, Denmark and India.She is proficient in MIDAS Civil, STAAD Pro, AUTO CAD, Autodesk Structural Bridge Design software, and is familiar with SOFISTIK, LUSAS, CSI Bridge, and ETABS.She is a Postgraduate in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering and has graduated from JNTU Kakinada with a gold medal and received the AP Pratibha award for outstanding academic performance in Civil Engineering 2015. Graduate member of Institution of Civil Engineering, UK and working towards chartership.
