Close coordination with Operation Dept, Terminal Managers, Origin & Destination offices & Product Managers to ensure that customer requirements are well covered & critical shipments are well handled. Managing Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Systems & MIS requirements. Regular Customer visit & QBR meeting. Setting up SOP / MOP / Customer Profile for the Existing TOP accounts assigned Working closely with Operation Team at Origin & Destination Plus also with Transportation Managers for Air & Ocean to make sure that customer key requirements are achieved which will help maintain the existing business well. Working closely with Key contact of customers & acting as one point contact for Top customers so as to avoid multiple contacts at the different department. Ensuring MIS & System requirement for customer is met. Ensuring Monthly Management Reporting and analysis for the said account so internal review for any improvement opportunity are taken care of during QBR and ensuring that QBR is handled Well. Working closely with BD team to support required information for generation of new business opportunity. Working with Trade lane team for any lane development opportunity, Issues related to specific lane or service issues related to specific lane gateways. Working closely with Customers on day to day basis so as to ensure that critical shipments are pro actively handled by coordinating with Suppliers, Origin / Destination office so that delivery timelines are met.
