One of my greatest achievements during my time here so far has been assisting in securing a $450K grant for a high-impact math tutoring program at two middle schools, serving as a consultant to the Grant Director, providing extensive knowledge of the school environment, and offering a vision for the grant\'s potential impact, which facilitated the hiring of three full-time teachers for three years.
