Utilized Geospatial Analytics and Location Intelligence with ESRI ArcGIS 10.x & ArcPRO software suites. These analysis and workflows include:• Performed GIS analysis to calculate & mitigate environmental impacts of regulatory datasets, such as soils, wetlands, and fish and wildlife data in support of major engineering projects.• Provided GIS support to the Kingston Ash Recovery site in Kingston, TN. This included all aspects of GIS analysis, from basic map creation for field workers to in depth analysis of ash distribution points taken from tabular Vibe Core samples collected along the riverbanks to presentation cartographic maps used in news briefings & school workshops. Lead school workshops at local area schools.• Conducted RSA Wetlands Modeling for various study areas that identified forested wetlands near a proposed transmission line siting project.• Converted digital Raster, LiDAR, and AutoCAD.dgn files to elevation surfaces using 3D modeling and Spatial Analyst to meet requirements for Downstream Consequences Assessment, Eelgrass Early Warning System, ROW, Transmission Line Siting, & Nuclear Licensing projects. • Development & implementation of scripts, models, procedural changes & quality improvement programs that saved analysis run-time to achieve compliance goals. As the designated Project Lead for the Dam Safety Downstream Consequences Assessment (DCA) project, I lead a GIS team to produce a detailed and robust database of spatially adjusted structure points located within a chosen TVA flood plain. • Project Management services included coordination of data acquisition with local county and state governments; planning, budgeting, and scheduling of work and resources to meet project deadlines; and training to team members as needed.
