ABOUT MONICA FUTRELL

Communication – I am skilled in relating to others. People trust me and open up to me, which I’ve found this to be positive in that they tend to work more collaboratively with me than they might someone who did not take the time to get to know them or care. I am also skilled with computers and can work with a variety of reporting tools. Problem Solving – I am skilled at creatively solving problems under pressure to meet the needs of employees, customers and the company in a timely, cost effective manner, and have consistently delivered my assignments in advance of set deadlines. Customer Service – My ability to deal effectively with people, through a combination of person-ability, a sense of urgency, and a commitment to both follow-through to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction are also attributes which have allowed me to provide excellent internal and external customer service. Fast-Assimilator – My ability to hit the ground running with a minimum of effort and to quickly learn the environment (whether on-site or customer related) has consistently earned the praise of both employers and their customers. Servant Heart – I have a passion for helping others.
