Rolled out the Development Program meant for the safety and security of women employees. Created awareness about diversity in gender & cultures among HR and Business leaders. Introduced and launched family friendly policies. Conducting benchmarking research & developing metrics to measure progress. Training Leader - HR Academy: Managed the training arm of Reliance for all HR employees. Responsible for building capability and HR expertise and overall up-skilling of the HR pool.
