ABOUT MONICA DA COSTA LOPES

I am a young, friendly, dedicated professional, attributes that I feel make me a strong candidate for a number of position. Each of my previous roles have been within the customer service sector and all have involved a high level of interaction with clients. At catering events my main function was to meet and greet guests; my strong people skills allow me to interact easily with clients and fellow staff members, helping to ensure a flawless level of service. All of my my client facing roles have taught me to deal with an array of client requests in a courteous, efficient, calm and pleasant manner. All roles have also taught me the importance of pre-empting a situation so that you are better equipped to deal with it. The strength of my people skills, as well as a natural ability as a leader have led to various promotions; this has strengthened my skill-set further and has given me much greater confidence in my abilities. I am committed to providing an exemplary service and acknowledge the importance of attention to detail, good problem solving and leadership skills and an ever positive attitude. Working in 5* establishments from the age of 18 has provided me with the opportunity to learn from the best and I feel that my expertise can continue to take me to the next level.
