I have been practicing in the areas of corporate, contract and commercial laws, mergers & acquisitions, since being qualified to practice law in 2006. I have been involved in providing advice on a wide range of issues from mergers and acquisitions to foreign investment, foreign exchange laws, securities laws, company formation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, labour & employment matters.
