My work is guided by empowering leadership be more successful in meeting their business goals through people strategy. Daily work varies but often includes working with senior leadership to advise, consult, and coach in the following areas: • Organization design • Leadership development • Employee performance improvement • People data insights (eNPS, Employee Wellbeing, etc.) and organizational health • Programmatic initiatives: promotion cycles, focal reviews, cyclical talent management processes My work also ventures into. • Liaising and collaborating with other HR department experts in Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations • Partnership with FP & A to ensure alignment in consultation with leadership • Project work - given this is a first-time HRBP team at BambooHR, we are in building mode; this often translates into project work to continuously improve upon how we have done things in the past with a focus on scaling for the future
