Manages a diverse team of 10 direct and 30 indirect engineers and provides oversight of the design engineering functions for the Salem Power Uprate Project.Responsible for the following Balance of Plant project scope:• Feedwater heaters modification/replacements• Moisture Separator Reheater modification/replacements• Condensate Polisher demineralizer vessel addition and associated building expansion• Condensate and Feedwater system piping and valve modifications/replacements• Steam Generator Feed Pump speed setpoint changes• Condenser dump capacity review, TGV DP, and MSSVs• Feedwater Regulating valve trim and operator replacements• Higher turbine exhaust flow and impact on condensers• Review of setpoint changes related to transient conditions (runbacks, load reductions, loss of heater and condensate pumps)• Thermal performance of the secondary side of the plant and increased FW flow• Environmental permit impacts and considerations
