In 1991 I was working as the Director, Fortune 500 Division providing Customer Service Consulting and Training to other Fortune 500 companies. A President of a Grey Advertising company approached me about his need for \"sexual harassment\" training and asked if I\'d develop something. I researched every product on the market found the subject fascinating and NOT WORKING due to the condescending tone of the programs and the ridiculous video content. After delivering the first program for his employees, the President remarked that \"this was fabulous\" and if I need this, every company needs this. We then piloted the program to a group of UCLA PhD\'s who also exclaimed that \"this was fabulous\" and the rest is history. We\'re #1 in the industry for 29 years.
