   As administrative fellow I am tasked to support high impact projects at the hospital and network level. I work closely with departmental directors, senior managers, clinical leaders, executive leadership. Core responsibilities include- Conducting data analysis and research to inform operational decision-making for various departments- Spearheading various ongoing projects and responsible for collaborating with departments to facilitate sustainable and measurable project outcomes. • Implemented a Meds-to-Beds pilot on a medical-surgical unit, increasing patient participation from 43% to 68%(+58% increase) and led to the approval of a unit-based pharmacist- Participating in executive-level meetings to support strategic planning and departmental mission support/ goal setting- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration between frontline staff and leadership.
