Monica Arroyo, LCSW | Clinical Director & Founder, Family Therapy Group of Weston As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over two decades of experience, I founded Family Therapy Group of Weston in 2020 to provide inclusive, heart-centered mental health care to individuals, couples, and families. What began as a vision to offer high-quality, culturally responsive therapy has grown into a dynamic team of 21 dedicated clinicians—recognized as Best of Weston in Mental Health in 2024. My leadership is rooted in clinical excellence, integrity, and a deep commitment to community impact. I’m honored to have received the Jim Moran Institute for Entrepreneurship (JMI 30) Award, recognizing one of the fastest-growing businesses led by a JMI alum. In 2025, I was recognized by the Broward County Commission on the Status of Women for my efforts in mentoring and inspiring future generations. Beyond the practice, I serve as Chair for Women Leading Broward, Class and remain actively involved with NAWBO and the Weston Chamber, where I champion women in leadership and foster meaningful connections across sectors. Through every role I hold—founder, clinician, mentor, and advocate—I remain dedicated to building a stronger, more connected community where growth and healing are always possible.
