This work includes but is not limited to creating a learning and capacity building program for the team; launching a leveraging and coordination strategy within philanthropy to bring more resources to feminist organizing, oversight of our multi-annual grantmaking commitments, executing a successful communications strategy; managing the team and actively representing the Ford Foundation in strategic partnership with governments, private sector and philanthropy.
