Led the enterprise rollout and adoption strategy for NBCUniversal’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, powered by Malbek, to modernize how contracts are drafted, approved, and tracked across Legal, Business Affairs, and Operations. The program improved efficiency in contract drafting, approval visibility, and workflow transparency across participating divisions. Piloted AI capabilities within the CLM platform and prepared the foundation for enterprise deployment.• Led enterprise CLM implementation across seven legal divisions, driving adoption among over 150 active users and enabling creation of more than new contracts and over legacy uploads.• Drove year-over-year adoption growth of more than 250 percent, resulting in a total of over 3,300 new contracts created to date.• Oversaw a client-facing Legal Operations and Configuration team that met with business stakeholders for discovery sessions, gathered requirements, configured templates and workflows, and trained and onboarded users across multiple groups.• Supported integration of the CLM platform with Salesforce and Smartsheet, connecting contract data with CRM and intake processes, and mapping deal data points in Salesforce to corresponding contract deal points for improved visibility across deal flow and approvals.• Delivered executive-level presentations, managed vendor partnerships, and contributed to the divisional Long Range Plan (LRP) outlining automation, data governance, AI integration, and future onboarding of additional business groups.
