As the Director of New Member Education for the TAMID Group at Penn State, I work closely with the recruitment team to help select and onboard a 25-person new member class. I assist in conducting interviews to assess candidate eligibility and serve as a liaison between the chapter and prospective members throughout the process. In this role, I design and lead educational sessions focused on consulting and fund management to prepare new members for client projects, while also organizing professional development workshops in partnership with the Smeal College of Business. This position has allowed me to strengthen my leadership, communication, and organizational skills while supporting the professional growth of my peers.
