Supports the development and implementation of fundraising efforts in collaboration with the President/CEO, contracted CMO and other agency staff.• Works closely with the Board, Committees of the Board, CMO and the CEO in the development of committees/groups to enable a strong fundraising capability for the agency.• Develops and implements a program to research, screen and rate donor prospects using appropriate donor management system• Seeks and asks for major gifts, along, with other staff, or board members, or others as the situation requires. • Develops and implements all major ways to raise funds: cash gifts and cash pledges; wills and trusts; direct mail, and so on. • Supervises and leads staff and volunteers• Provides regular updates to the President/CEO, CMO and Fund Development Committee on fundraising progress.• Plans major events centered on fundraising and other community outreach activities.• Oversees the production of the agency\'s E-Newsletter, working with contract marketing firm and staff to gather content.• Supports the grant development process including tracking of deadlines, researching opportunities, drafting and submission of proposals aligned with needs of the agency’s programs in coordination with the CEO and program directors.• Represents the CEO and acts as a spokesperson for the agency.• Coordinates with marketing firm and contracted CMO around website site, social media, media and other efforts to promote fundraising.
