About Monét Montemayor
I found my passion for assisting individuals realize their full potential and bringing their realization to fruition through many years of working hard and working up. During my time at a small start-up company, I realized the importance of having a team dedicated to our people - on site! We didn\'t have one, but I found myself being the person everyone came to. I loved it!In my role as Director of Career Services at Stevens-Henager College (SHC), I have been able to put my recruitment knowledge and learning to the test and have been able to assist individuals in their professional development. My life is a dream come true! I get to help people become the best versions of themselves and reach goals they have set.I am highly effective at incorporating creative leadership skills to achieve business objectives and have met or exceeded projected benchmarks. I like to keep the day-to-day fun while ensuring the students and graduates at SHC are employable AND employed.
