In this role I oversee the company’s portfolio of 100+ rental and purchased employee housing properties across 14 resort locations. As the company identifies new resort locations (2-3 year per year) I evaluate the rental markets in those locations to secure employee housing prior to the operating season. I coordinate with development teams to identify opportunities for new construction, provide cost-analysis data and liaise with Project Managers once development projects are underway. As the first person to serve in this role, I analyze employee and management survey data, budgets and housing quality to set company standards and best practices. I create and deliver the standard operating procedures and training opportunities for on-site teams to utilize in order to successfully manage the day-to-day operations of company-provided housing.
