Utilizing instructional design processes and adult learning theories to develop remote webinars, workshops, meetings, training and e-learning courses for constructive virtual engagement. This includes:* Planning, designing and developing interactive and participatory exercises and activities to be used during meetings that take place in an online environment.* Support staff in planning for, designing and delivering plans and activities in an online or blended manner due to COVID-19 restrictions.* Supporting staff member to transform available training and professional development material into a blended, hybrid or online format.* Developing diverse contextualized learning projects, e.g. blended professional development, transforming training by using available LMS packages and platforms.* Transforming face-to-face curricula to virtual trainings, synchronous and asynchronous e-learning courses, webinars, participatory workshops, etc. in partnership with designated CRVS team members* Undertaking programs to build the capacity of the CRVS Technical staff to evaluate different remote learning modalities (e.g. e-learning course; webinar; community of practice; etc.) and the suitability of each to intended audiences and learning objectives.
