About Mona Raglow

Queen of Implementation. Not a title you see every day, but one I wear with pride. It encompasses the myriad of hats I wear: organizer, teacher, time management trainer, decimator of limiting misconceptions, and entrepreneur; but more than that, it tells you exactly what happens when you work with me. You get things done—more precisely, you get the right things done at the right time. I’m a chameleon of a coach, able to shift focus and determine what approach best suits each client. Sometimes I’m a cheerleader and a gentle encourager; sometimes I’m an excavator, digging deep to discover what’s holding someone back. I live for a client’s A-HA moments. Knowing I’ve empowered someone to get out of their own way to achieve goals and push their limits fuels me in a way nothing else does. I combine my Lean Manufacturing knowledge, my years of teaching and facilitating experience with Franklin Covey, my entrepreneurial spirit, and my fierce commitment to living life with integrity and without regret to every project, every presentation, every meeting. I do that because for me, this work isn’t work in the traditional sense—it’s a passion and a calling, a privilege and a pleasure. I work with individuals, small businesses, organizations, groups, and corporations. The common thread among each group is the need to move past the safe rut they’ve found themselves stuck in. I have a keen eye for inefficient processes and potential-busting preconceived ideas, the uncommon ability to navigate tough, sometimes uncomfortable conversations, and the wisdom and practical know-how of what works and what doesn’t.
