With over 15 years of experience in the software and cloud industry, I am passionate about delivering innovative solutions that aid business organisations to grow and scale, and ultimately customers to achieve their business goals. As a Staff Program Manager at Google Cloud, I lead the service delivery for Hub Services, a global team that provides strategic consulting and guidance to enterprise sales teams and customers. I have a strong background in business analytics, having completed my master\'s degree from University College Dublin and applied my skills to various projects and roles at Google. I am motivated by Google\'s mission to organize the world\'s information and make it universally accessible and useful, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.In my current role, I create and scale a globally consistent Menu of Services that leverages standard content and addresses the key use cases and needs of the sales teams and customers. I also design and set up the workflow to enable a frictionless experience for the Cloud Enterprise sales teams, and help them have meaningful discussions with customers around their digital transformation journeys. I focus on the lead and lag indicators of the service, and put in place a measurement system and dashboards to track and share insights. I use my software engineering skills, CRM expertise, and sales infrastructure knowledge to support the design, development, and deployment of required tools and processes. I work with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, sales leaders, and marketing teams, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
