I am a Partner Director of Product Management at Microsoft, leading a team of product managers, technical PMs and operations PMs who work on enabling strategic customers, partners and developers on their Copilot AI Agent led business transformations. We work deeply to understand product relevance/fit, and inform the roadmap. Prior to that I was leading a team engaged on digital transformations at strategic customers with Microsoft Teams, to modernise collaboration and communication. Microsoft Teams is the fastest growing business app, and I am super proud of leading this journey from 0 to over 300M users. I have extensive experience in driving product adoption, integrations, and roadmap planning with strategic engagements across enterprise, education, government, and SMB segments in Asia, Australia and Africa. I have led innovative digital transformations across geographies and industry verticals, resulting in product usage growth over My team works with strategic SaaS partners, SIs and developers to envision and build transformative solutions on Teams and M365 platforms. I also mentor and empower my team to deliver high-quality online experiences, drive cross-functional program management, and create value for our customers and partners. As part of Microsoft Teams, I have also had the unique opportunity to grow and nurture an enterprise apps store, setting up marketplace policies and validation processes to meet end-user value experience, admin trust bar and organisation\'s productivity in collaborative space goals.With over 20 years of experience in the digital domain, I have a proven track record of building strong collaborative teams, and launching industry-leading products across workspace collaboration, e-commerce, and news media.
