WORK HISTORY
Product Manager @Sonova Group
After more than a year driving process optimisation, digital tooling and service design as a Senior Process & Innovation Manager, I’ve transitioned into a Product Manager role to deepen my technical skillset and move closer to product execution. In this role, I own the backlog, lead Scrum ceremonies, write user stories and prioritise cross-functional features. I’m currently focused on strengthening my skills in product ownership and building scalable, user-centric solutions in close collaboration with the business team. This shift builds on my business-side experience and allows me to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

ABOUT MONA LINK
I’ve built my career by doing things I wasn’t sure I could do, and discovering that complexity is where I thrive. I started in operations, moved into customer success, then project management, then product. Not because I had a plan, but because I kept moving toward harder problems. At Data4Life, I built an entire Customer Success department from scratch, literally from a single Gmail inbox, into a remote team of 8, with OKRs, feedback loops, and processes that fed directly into product decisions. Along the way I coordinated high-stakes public health projects with Charité and the Robert Koch Institute, in a strictly GDPR-regulated environment, with no playbook. That pattern has repeated itself in every role: I show up where structure doesn’t exist yet, and I build it, whether that’s teams, systems, processes, or products. What makes me different isn’t the breadth, it’s the combination. I understand organisations from the ground up. I read stakeholder dynamics fast. I translate complexity into systems that scale. And I lead teams through ambiguity without slowing things down.Right now, I’m exploring my next challenge: a leadership role in a high-growth company where I can build something meaningful from the ground up, whether that’s operations, product, programs, or teams. If that\'s you, let\'s talk
