I am a performance driven and a seasoned professional with over 22 years’ fast-track career dotted with impact-full roles with a well-known conglomerate “Capgemini” in different capacities including HR Operations, Global HR Shared Services, HR System Expert, Staffing Manager and Operations Manager. Thus far in my career I have spearheaded a multitude of responsibilities viz. HR systems & related processes, Resource Management – Staffing, Delivery Operations Management and People Management coupled with IT functional experience.I have been accredited as systems and process oriented person in the team and my approach towards developing procedures, service standards and operational policies and diligence in driving process improvements has been highly appreciated by the senior management and stakeholders. Holds the distinction of being selected to perform as Staffing Lead in UK and acknowledged with a promotion for the exemplary performance, Effective in improving margins and cost savings by deploying more landed resources. Played a lead role in Oracle HRMS application roll out for India, APR & UK regions.All throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong leadership skills and mentored my team in driving efficiency, user & customers’ satisfaction, and business value.
