ABOUT MONALI GNANESH PAWAR
Hello LinkedIn family,I am a master\'s graduate in Sustainable Energy from one of the world\'s top 80 universities, University of Glasgow. I am passionate about dance, singing, swimming, travelling, hosting, and content creation. Whether as a colleague or a friend, I value connections that last a lifetime!I believe that I am a performer on and off the stage - HERE\'S WHY.From diving into the tech world to stepping into a fast-paced customer centric environment, each role I’ve embraced has added its own rhythm and flow to my professional repertoire. My career started with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering which provided a solid foundation and deep understanding of technical concepts, preparing me to take on the complexities of the real world. In my third year of undergrad, I landed a job at Accenture after my very first interview - a moment that felt like hitting the high note of a song. This experience allowed me to combine my technical expertise with digital solutions and also gave me the ability to bridge the gap between traditional engineering and modern technology. After gaining valuable industry experience, I decided to take a career break amidst the pandemic to prepare for public sector exams, hoping to secure a role in the electrical industry. Despite repeated attempts, I faced setbacks due to revised curriculum, higher cutoff scores, and varying eligibility criteria. While this period tested my perseverance, it also fueled my determination.I quickly pivoted, deciding to embark on a new academic adventure - this time in the UK. During my thesis, I had the privilege of working under the guidance of Dr. Mohammad Yazdani-Asrami, one of the world’s top 2% scientist to be listed in Stanford University’s annual database for the third time. As an advocate for sustainable solutions, I thrive on leveraging my expertise to drive the adoption of renewable technologies, foster environmental stewardship, and create a lasting impact on our planet by working towards accomplishing net zero goals.I’m excited to see where the next steps in my journey will lead. Feel free to reach out - I’d love to connect and share ideas, insights, or even just a good conversation!
