About Shahryar P. Monajjemi

Shahryar is a Managing Partner at BIMNYC, directing VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) and reality capture services. He managed VDC and BIM processes of various large scale residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects within the US (Tri-State Area) and around the world, from the pre-construction and design phase to post construction and facilities management. He was a guest lecturer at New York University’s Tandon School of Engineering, where he teaches undergraduate and graduate students in asset management for infrastructure systems and relevant topics in civil engineering. Along with his extensive experience in VDC and Reality Capture, he is an expert in integrated project delivery, lean IPD, project controls, remote sensing, digital fabrication and computational design.

The team is experienced in different phases of various projects, from the design and construction to facility operations and management. Our goal is to implement our cutting edge technologies and techniques in every phase of design and construction for various usages around the US, tailored for clients’ budget through a consistent workflow; not as a “luxury”, but as \"a part\" of the projects’ lifecycle.
