The program focuses on artisan well-being through structured compliance, capacity-building, and life skills training.Key Responsibilities & Achievements:End-to-End Project Execution: Managed a large-scale life skills and financial literacy training program for hand embroidery artisans (karigars) across 23 factories and 9 exporters in Mumbai.Training Design & Rollout: Led planning and implementation of 40+ factory sessions in the first semester alone, reaching over 1,800 karigars.Content Oversight: Supervised development of interactive, low-literacy-friendly training materials on financial literacy, digital awareness, health, and interpersonal skills using videos, posters with QR codes, and hands-on exercises.Stakeholder Coordination: Acted as the central liaison between Niiti, the Utthan client team, factory SPOCs, and trainers; ensured seamless scheduling, delivery, and reporting.Monitoring & Reporting: Designed tools to track learning (quizzes, feedback, QR scans), analyzed feedback, and authored a Bi-Annual Impact Report with drill down dashboard showing shifts in savings habits, budgeting, hygiene, and relationship-building.Champion Feedback Integration: Conducted field interviews with Karigar Champions across exporters; fed insights into Year 2 content refinement.Outcome-Oriented Reporting: Designed an Impact Summary Report highlighting design-led skilling, peer-led learning, and measurable impact like PF registration and scheme applications.Strengthened my ability to lead behavior-change programs at scale, combining design thinking, stakeholder coordination, and ground-level insights to create real-world impact for underserved communities.
