   Working with Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) as their Agents and Adjusters Licensing Manager, reporting to the Director for Customer Operations division, mandated the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with varies degrees of difficulties and changing priorities. Managing a team of 15 Insurance Specialists including the process of separation, hiring and training new staff members along with training/ communicating with our 2 different vendor partners while implementing new directives and process improvements different projects. Those different projects assist over licensees in Texas with over 37 different license types and over new applicants and requests monthly. Managing the team production efficiently was dependent on the workflow and ensuring the assignments and tasks are prioritized adequately daily. Many of the vendor partners questions and inquiries had to be prioritized to keep the workflow current with no back log that would affect our processing dates. Implementing many new operational processes to improve efficiencies. Researching and Auditing many of the processes to adhere to Texas Department of Insurance (TIC) and Texas Administrative Code (TAC). Implementing many projects to help clean up the Database leading to a more reliable reporting Data.
