Hi, I’m Mona Fowler — founder of Fowler Intentional Growth Resources LLC (FIG Resources).I believe leadership can be refined and strengthened through intentional growth. My work centers on partnering with leaders and teams to unlock their potential and lead with confidence, purpose, and impact.With more than 25 years of experience across supply chain, HR, IT, and sales, I’ve partnered with leaders at all levels — including C-suite executives — to build capability, foster engagement, and drive performance. My career includes leadership roles at Corning Inc, Unilever HPC, and Molson Coors Beverage Company, where I most recently served as Executive Development Director for the Americas.Through FIG Resources, I provide public speaking, training facilitation, leadership development consulting, and coaching. I specialize in helping leaders navigate complexity, strengthen emotional intelligence, build trust, and translate insight into action. I leverage assessments to help leaders discover their strengths and opportunities which leads to growth goals.
