Responsible for governance of programs/projects across multiple functional areas (i.e, Quality, OTC, digital marketing).• Develop the project plans for execution, which includes project charter (i.e, project scope & high-level business needs, organization, and structure, contracting strategy & resourcing, budgeting & financials).• Lead project steering committee meeting to report Project Progress (scope, implementation plan/schedules, and budget).• Ensures project delivery in timely manner by actively monitoring progress and identifying and mitigating risks & issues. • Ensure all projects delivered with quality, on time, within budget and in compliance with all applicable policies, rules, laws & government regulations within project scope.• Partner closely with stakeholders (BRMs, Business and IT Leaders) to ensure the end products or processes will solve the business problems and add business value.• Lead and collaborate with cross functional project teams (Architect, BA, GSO, QA, Developers, Testers) • Monitors the project from initiation through deliveryProvide peer coaching to Program and Project Managers on the Medtronic delivery framework and best practices
