Sending daily Observation Reports of teachers to the Management.• Conducted workshop on NCrF for Middle Wing and Senior Wing teachers.• Maintain high professional standards of attendance, punctuality, appearance, conduct, and positive, courteous relations with students, parents, and colleagues.• Chair weekly department meetings with a focus on teaching and learning, ensuring a detailed agenda and minutes are produced and distributed promptly.• To gauge the correct potential of the teachers of the Department and have them allotted classes and timetables that they deserve, doing the students justice.• Major flaws brought to the notice of the Principal and Management so that measures to rectify the same can be timely taken. • Correction of weekly lesson plans of the department teachers and submitting them to the Principal when asked.
