With over 10 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing talent, I am passionate about engaging a diverse base of candidates. I have a SHRM-CP certification and a strong expertise in marketing communications and social networking, which I use to create and implement effective recruitment strategies. Driven by Sodexo\'s mission to improve the well-being of individuals and communities through innovative and sustainable solutions, I leverage our culture, diversity and social responsibility to attract individuals who appreciate our vision. I foster a culture of respect, empowerment, and collaboration among my team and internal stakeholders.As a Senior Recruiter at Sodexo, I manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions across the organization, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring. I leverage my network and social media platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates, and I use my marketing skills to showcase Sodexo\'s employer brand and value proposition. I also partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand their needs and expectations, and to ensure a positive and efficient hiring experience.
