   As the Product Operations Manager for Feed, I am immersed in contributing to LinkedIn\'s product roadmap for one of its most visible products used by 100M+ weekly active users, from the Feed UX to the AI behind the Feed algorithm, and a lot in between. I have been a core part of launching several features that our members use and prior to those launches, I have been a core part of prioritizing those features within our product roadmap- The quality of content on LinkedIn has constantly been one of the highest-reported themes that our members send us feedback about. So I built a scaled tool that pioneered incorporating our member Feedback (via support tickets, LinkedIn posts, in-product surveys) against a session replay of what our members actually experienced in their Feed in line with measurable metrics, allowing an unprecedented combination of qualitative and quantitative insights. This allowed us to build products that addressed top voice of member/customer issues while significantly improving key business metrics. This was featured in a company-wide call as a driving force to “reshape the new Feed via our largest ever change to the Feed algorithm in LinkedIn’s history” (quoted by our Chief Product Officer).
