As the architect of our AI strategy, I own and manage our AI roadmap and team OKRs. My mandate is to extract valuable insights from data and transform them into actionable value. To achieve this, I formed a skilled team in AI and machine learning to enhance the Vyn platform and verticalised products.Our cross-functional team has achieved success in building various NLP, CV, Generative AI, and Multi-modal models, catering to diverse field services applications. We have recently incorporated large language models into our technology stack, expanding our AI capabilities aligning with buisness problems and value. We refine models using real-time data, assessing field performance, adjusting for domain shifts, and even utilise synthetic data sets where it helps.In addition to my core responsibilities, I also serve as the Research Director for the IIT Delhi-Vyntelligence AI/ML research centre with Prof. Brejesh Lall. At this centre, we tackle complex speech and computer vision problems and have pioneered innovative techniques and pipelines for synthetic data generation to quickly train interesting models.Leveraging my prior operational experience, I participate in several facets of Vyntelligence operations, including product strategy, mentorship, recruitment, and pre-sales. I work with a global team, ensuring my contributions impact every level of the organisation.
