Data Scientist/statistician with about 7 years practical experience.3 Years industry experience developing, deploying and AB testing ML solutions. The main areas I worked in are in causal inference for pricing modelling & learning-to-rank recommendation systems. Broad knowledge of most topics in ML. Specialized in prediction uncertainty, particularly multivariate outputs. Contributed to a method for this to open source software package NGBoost. Currently working as a machine learning scientist @ Expedia. Previously was doing my PhD in Statistics & ML developing novel methods for applying ML to an interesting dataset tracking ocean currents.
