   Partnered with medical and pharmacy utilization management teams to integrate NLP products into business operations, achieving 36% productivity gain, 72% process simplification, and $6M annual cost savings. Cooperated with CenterWell Primary Care to leverage NLP in deriving optimal care plans for new patients. This is projected to provide an additional annual profit of $25M by 2023, from identifying underreported conditions for Medicare Risk Adjustment from patients\' historical medical records. Invented deep learning algorithms that became the first enterprise NLP solution for medical preauthorization across all regional markets for automating patient identity extraction and database matching from scanned medical images Led a full-stack product team comprising data scientists, SMEs, and data/UI/ML engineers to implement NLP products on Azure Kubernetes Cluster. These products automated tasks such as patient identity matching, urgency request detection, and clinical decision assistance on scanned medical images. The success in delivering and having business process adopt these products have been incorporated as enterprise annual performance measure since 2022. Expanded the team from two to five full-time data scientists over three years, accomplished by broadening the scope of NLP applications and generating value through new business partnerships. Fostered a team culture promoting continuous capability advancement, leading to numerous patents and publications
