With over a decade of progressive responsibility at Bremont Watch Company and a strong foundation in change management, I aim to use me technical expertise and leadership skills to drive meaningful business improvement.Throughout my career, I have specialised in delivering robust ERP solutions and leading cross functional training initiatives. Most recently, I have been evaluating and optimising systemperformance, supporting cross-departmental users, and managing upgrades using PRINCE2methodology. My background includes streamlining operations across production, inventory, andsupply chain functions, all while ensuring users are engaged, confident, and fully supported.A key strength I bring is my ability to manage complex change initiatives—balancing operationaldemands with the human side of transformation. This has been enhanced by my qualifications in bothPRINCE2 and Change Management, which I apply to foster stakeholder buy-in and continuous processimprovement.In earlier roles, I led military and special projects teams, managing client relationships with high profile military organisations and overseeing bespoke product development.
