   Technical Lead/Subject Matter Expert (SME) implementing a $12M serialization/traceability investment to comply with U.S. Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) in a 3PL environment. • Developed a standardized repeatable on-boarding methodology for two serialization and three healthcare business models reducing serialization validation process from three days to one day resulting in 67% reduction in kick-off phase. • Achieved seamless integration of Electronic Product Code Information Systems (EPCIS) standards between clients, serialization software vendors and client’s customers while maintaining integrity of 12 Electronic Data Interchange (EDI – Inbound: 856, 940, 947, Outbound: 944, 947, 846, 855, 870a/b, 945a/b, 856) touch-points across seven systems. • Acting technical support serialization program manager overseeing 26 single/multi-site clients, across 10 multi-client distribution centers. • Trained newly developed six member serialization business/technical project management teams and three North American IT build teams (20+ members) supporting cross-system configurations, EDI/EPCIS integration/middleware, IT QA and UPS validation activities adhering to System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies. • Implemented the first serialization client while simultaneously managing five in-flight serialization implementations.• Lead the first new client start-up company utilizing all UPS healthcare and transportation services (customer service, financial services, chargebacks, distribution) plus serialization for a newly approved FDA drug generating $5.8M UPS revenue.
