Project prioritized scope of a 3-year engineering effort for a platform-wide authorization redesign.* Led research generating a 1-year roadmap to create a net new Service Provider experience for a critical partner segment, directly opening up $1.7M in revenue from a single partner.* Led Authentication research initiatives that increased SSO adoption across customers, reduced CS call volume by over 50%, and reduced new user average login time by 24 minutes.* Used data to focus engineering efforts on highest value latent UX flows. Customers now experience 2 seconds faster loading time across the platform which translates to hours of user time saved.
