Too often, professionals are \"either/or\" across the range of disciplines and characteristics. But the oddballs who are skilled and comfortable in multiple areas? They have unique ways of influencing the strategy, culture, and brand. I\'m one of those oddballs. BOTH highly analytical AND highly creative BOTH task-oriented AND vision-oriented BOTH relational AND driven I am BOTH/AND. For the longest time, I felt disadvantaged by my multiple business interests, pursuits, hobbies, and viewpoints. But this isn\'t a bug - it\'s a feature. I find and tell the stories in both creative solutions and in the data. I am comfortable at both the 50-foot view and the view. I see eye-to-eye with and match the energy of my teammates and customers. I have demonstrated positive impact in the nonprofit, pharmaceutical, and hospitality industries through my skills in marketing, events, operations, and project management. And I\'ll continue to be uniquely BOTH/AND for the benefit of the companies I serve.
