ABOUT MOLLY LIEBER

I have over 14 years of experience in global health, public health, and social work, with a passion for improving health equity, access, and outcomes for underserved and marginalized populations. I hold a Master of Public Health and a Master of Social Work from New York University, with a focus on global health leadership and clinical/medical social work. As the Chief of Staff at NYU School of Global Public Health, I foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within the school, lead strategic planning initiatives, represent my principal at internal and external meetings, and develop, nurture, and execute strategic partnerships. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as a strong commitment to the school\'s mission and vision of advancing health for all. Prior to joining NYU, I was the Strategy and Operations Manager at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where I drove product, IT, operations, and hiring towards the completion of a $3.5M CDC funded COVID-19 research project examining the effects of SARS-CoV-2 infection in 3500 pregnant patients. I also designed and implemented a service line to provide genetic counseling to geographically diverse health practices and OBGYN divisions. I leveraged my skills in project management, program evaluation, communication, and treatment to deliver high-quality results and impact. I also have extensive experience in leading strategic development and needs assessment for The Women: Global Cancer Initiative, a non-profit organization that aims to advance cancer initiatives and deepen interdisciplinary relationships both locally and globally.
