With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a proven leader who drives business growth, develops people, and creates opportunities to innovate solutions for impact. In my current role as Senior Vice President of Employee Experience at Compass Group, I have the privilege of leading teams whose focus is on delivering a seamless, end-to-end employee experience for the largest foodservice and support services company in North America, with over associates and $30 billion in revenue. I am curious by nature and I believe that the best leaders don’t have more answers, they ask better questions. My focus is on building teams to achieve strategic goals and create space to better understand drivers that support the best outcomes. I love learning, exploring, and being challenged, and I believe that the path to success goes straight through failure. I am also a co-founder and certified coach at Lead from Intention, where I empower women to show up as unapologetically themselves and reach their boldest goals yet.
