I’m a licensed clinical social worker, systems builder, and organizational problem-solver.I currently serve as Director of Systems & Marketing at WellSpace Maine, where I lead CRM implementation, intake redesign, workflow automations, and more. I like data. I like systems. I like building infrastructure that actually supports the humans doing the work.I’m also President of Southern Maine Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (SMACT), supporting collaboration and professional development for ACT clinicians across the region.Clinically, I practice Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My style is direct, grounded, and often threaded with humor (and occasionally a well-placed swear word). I work with adults navigating burnout, identity shifts, life transitions or just life, helping them untangle stories and stress, and move toward values-based action that feels real.Across both organizations and individuals, I see systems.
