ABOUT MOLLY TOWNSEND

I am experienced in policy, research, and public affairs, with six years of employment in charity and NGO environments. I am currently part of the working secretariat on the Independent Commission on Neighbourhoods (ICON), founded by Baroness Armstrong of Hill Top former Minister for Social Exclusion under Prime Minister Tony Blair. ICON was created to review the current state of neighbourhoods in England and explore the case for neighbourhood intervention as a means of achieving national policy challenges. The Commission will be releasing its final report in Autumn 2025.
