About Molly Hale

As Director of Marketing & Communication at Geenex LLC, I lead brand and outreach strategies for early-stage development of utility-scale energy projects that are driving the US towards energy independence. My path to the energy sector has been anything but linear—and that’s what makes it fun. I began my career in Silicon Valley’s tech sector, where I developed a fondness for digital marketing, media relations, and investor communications. That experience gave me a front-row seat to the pace of entrepreneurship and innovation and a deep appreciation for how storytelling builds brands. I brought that energy back to the Midwest, recently helping Cummins launch and grow its eMobility marketing efforts before joining Geenex to build visibility and support for transformative solar projects.With a foundation in strategic communications, I’ve led campaigns that span from grassroots engagement to global product launches. My strengths lie in shaping narratives, building stakeholder trust, and aligning marketing operations with big-picture business goals.Beyond the office, I’m a Monon Trail access and pedestrian safety advocate and believe deeply in designing communities for people, not just cars.
