Hi there! I\'m a human-centred design consultant and service designer at Accenture Song within the Service practice, fascinated by all things customer. With over 4.5 years in service design and user research, I\'ve worked in multidisciplinary teams to create holistic, empathetic solutions that solve user needs for clients across industries including government, financial services, telcos and retail. Using tools such as Miro, Mural & Figma, I\'ve mapped end-to-end services to create high-quality artefacts and communicate value. I focus on understanding user needs through research and turning those insights into creative and scalable design solutions. I’m driven by delivering results that improve customer satisfaction, reduce friction, and create seamless end-to-end experiences. I am an adaptable and constantly curious individual with a passion for languages, travel and being outdoors (both on dry land and underwater).
