The IRC leads the way from harm to home. • Manage a team of recruiters focused on business development, emergency and surge recruitments. • Lead, develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify and hire top talent in support of the IRC’s strategic plan. • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to meet aggressive deliverables in support of surge efforts. • Build a pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts utilizing non-traditional solutions to attract top talent. • Establish, cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with the business units to understand recruitment needs and to create a partnership that ensures a seamless hiring process. • Support the Senior Director, Global Recruitment with analysis and reporting.
